Aerotek Punch List Carpenter in Fishers, Indiana

Position: Residential Carpenter/Punch List Carpenter

Shift: Monday – Friday 7a - 4p

Pay: $24 - $30

• Daily Gas Reimbursement:

o 40min: $15/day

o 60min: $45/day

o 80min: $60/day

Travel: Typical project locations will be within 25 minutes of the 465 loop. Projects are strategically picked based on where you’re located to make it easier on your commute when available.

Job Description:

The Carpenter will be traveling around to various jobs around the 465 Loop. Job duties will be as follows:

• Punch list items

o Fix nail pops or cracks.

o Fix/replace trim.

o Caulk around doorframes, windows, sinks, tubs, and showers.

• Patching drywall (including finishing the drywall)

• Replacing doors and hardware.

• Interior Painting

• Cabinetry

• Handyman work including basic plumbing and electrical.

• Specialty remodeling including full bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom remodels.
