Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in Fishers, Indiana. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including handling customer data, managing a new case management software, and providing clerical support.

Responsibilities:

• Inputting crucial data into the new case management system

• Consistently maintaining and updating computer databases

• Ensuring accuracy in data entry and customer records

• Learning and mastering the use of new software under the guidance of the project manager

• Providing the necessary clerical support to the team

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary actions accordingly

• Handling and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Assisting in the transition to new case management software. Requirements • Proficient in Computer Data Entry

• Knowledgeable in managing Computer Databases

• Demonstrated experience in Data Entry
