The University of Findlay (www.findlay.edu{rel="nofollow"}) is seeking a full-time Coordinator of Animal Science Student Success, responsibility for development, implementation and oversight of student academic support and student professional development. The major focus of this position will be to enhance the student experience for students in the University of Findlay's Animal Science programs.

A master's degree is required, with one to three years of higher education experience preferably in academic advising, student services or student retention.  The ideal candidate will possess one-year teaching experience or experience in curriculum design, and one to three years of experience working in animal science or closely related field. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel may be expected. A valid US Drivers' license with a safe driving record is required.
