Fenton Winery & Brewery has a Cook Apprenticeship Program!!!

Apprentices will work with a mento on the job and learn to plan, prepare, and cook food items to ensure customers highest quality service and experience. The apprentice will help keep the kitchen organized and running effieciently while ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and following food storage procedures.

Applicants Must Have:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic Industry Knowledge
• Willingness to learn on the job while attending classes at a community college
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
