SAP has just opened a job opportunity for a Senior Internal Strategic Consultant working in the Chief Operations Office (COO) within P&I Digital Core and Industry Solutions. Join the Digital Core and Industry Solutions’ COO team as we take on the biggest ideas and challenges, and turn them into solutions that will transform our Business. This high-profile team with board level exposure, requires an experienced (3 years) team member with background in project management, consulting, product marketing and/or product management. Position Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a wide range of projects in alignment with SAP’s vision, culture and brand.

  • Define and successfully manage all project planning activities, including, but not limited to: quarterly business reviews, operational dialogues, risk reports, business updates, headcount reviews and budgeting.

  • Drive a holistic effort to transform the Digital Core by ensuring cross team alignment across many business areas, such as Operations, Development, Product Management, Sales and Marketing.

  • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

Qualifications

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3 years of project management experience with increasing amount of responsibility.

  • Expert project management and communication skills required.

  • Strong analytical skills including data manipulation, and high level strategic thinking, to inform business decisions.

  • Agile thought leader with global insights into programs with increasing business impact.

  • Strong planning, control and business operations experience preferred.

  • Sales experience/exposure is a plus.

  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and principles.

  • Must be team oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Significant personal initiative, high energy with a “can do” attitude and professional drive.

  • Proven agility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with and/or communicating information associated with strategic and tactical activities.
