We are seeking a Title Service Specialist in the salvage industry. The role involves processing title paperwork for vehicles involved in accidents and ensuring compliance with state and company requirements. Responsibilities include verifying titles, processing salvage paperwork, and maintaining accurate records. You will communicate with customers via email and phone to resolve title issues and stay updated with title/salvage laws in multiple states. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a quiet office environment.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Federal Way, Washington.

Work Environment

Office Environment. Quiet office with very little foot traffic and minimal phone work required. The job involves substantial documentation and processing tasks, making it ideal for someone comfortable working independently at their desk with limited interpersonal interaction. The service center operates from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but new employees typically start with an 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
