Job Overview As an Experience Associate Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in our newest retail format, built to elevate the service and sales experience in retail. Our company-owned Experience stores will be a destination for attracting new customers and providing the highest level of service to our existing customers, bringing our Team of Experts to retail, where Experts and leaders are working directly with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to serve all customer needs. In partnership with the Experience Store Manager, the Experience Associate Manager will support Sr. Mobile Experts as an expert resource on new systems and tools for solving all customer needs from research to resolution, and champion new products and a product roadmap built specifically for these locations.
