Robert Half is looking for an Office Assistant to fill an open position at a company in the healthcare industry. This role involves handling invoices, administrative support, and payment processing for an internal team. This Office Assistant position is being offered on a long-term contract basis.

This is a fully onsite position

Major responsibilities

• Writing and printing checks

• Scanning and batching invoices

• Copy, faxing, and filing for multiple departments

• Sorting incoming mail

• Microsoft Excel experience

  Requirements

• Microsoft Excel experience

• Scanning Invoices experience

• Filing experience

• Knowledge of Prepare Checks

• Adeptness in Microsoft Word

• Solid understanding of Mail Checks

• Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets

• Accomplishes tasks independently

• Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
