Boehringer Ingelheim Medical Representative - Central MOE in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The Position

  • Driving Performance - Has the responsibility to meet/exceed sales targets for assigned product(s) within the allocated territory through achievement of related Sales Excellence KPIs

  • Executing Customer Engagement Excellence - focuses on executing in-clinic sakes account plan/ multichannel account plan by way of Customer Engagement Model(Hybrid CEM model), implements off-clinic promotional activities assigned to target Customers and thereby improves the Customer relationship.

  • Engage with key targeted healthcare providers,hospital account

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive holistic solutions for customers and patient to align with the CSFs of the brand strategy.

  • Ochestrating for exceptional customer experience-focused on implementing in-clinic and virtual execution of the customer Engagement model.

  • Adhering to Compliance, Code of Conducts and Policies - Is responsible to ensure that all company and industry compliance topics/requirements are understood adhered and established local processes followed

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Sales Achievement in the assigned territory
  • Ensure listing of our company products as required

  • Ensure availability of our company products as required

  • Generate Rx / create demand for the product by utilizing the available resource / tools / trainings

  • Ensure Rx are filled and demand is converted into sales

  • Continuously identify new growth opportunities

  1. Plan ,co create and excute multichannel plan (MCCPs) with digital tools for executional excellence
  • Validate and fully understand the Sales Action Plans

  • Maintain an accurate & complete customer(email, other contact) info in veeva.

  • Plan for logistics to execute the Sales Action Plans

  • Take proactive decision to ensure that high value customer (Gain, Build, Defend) are not missed

  1. Ochestrate Exceptional Omnichannel Customer Experience
  • Communicate with relevant customer facing roles(marketing, medical etc)

  • Proficiency in ultilizing appropriate/preferred digital tools for customer engagement.

  • Manage and develop Key opinion leader

  • Capable to assigning customers to interact with Veeva Engage.

  • Identify customer prefer channel

  1. Superior Selling Capability-
  • Knowledge (Disease, Clinical Trials, Product, Marketing strategy and Competition)

  • Selling Skills (CEM) in line with Marketing strategies

  1. Comply with local regulations, industry and company Code of Conduct
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and follow company Code of Conduct

  • Take necessary action on issues of compliance

  • Be a role model in compliance with local regulations, industry and company code of conduct

  1. Regular reports

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree

  • Industry / Product knowledge, Selling skills, Sales Action Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Self development / learning, Communication skills, Planning and organizing, IT literacy

  • Direct selling experience in healthcare industry is advantageous

  • Deliver results, take initiative
