Description We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, 72703, United States. In this role, you will be a key player in a thriving sports media sales company, specializing in outbound sales efforts, lead research, and lead sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads, ensuring high-volume dialing.

• Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to potential customers.

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for sales representatives.

• Identify and research potential new business opportunities.

• Utilize various tools and platforms to gather accurate and comprehensive lead data.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM systems with relevant information.

• Exude professionalism during high volume of calls per day.

• Use excellent research skills to identify and qualify potential leads.

• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Display outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Sales Support or a similar role

• Proven track record in a Call Center environment

• Proficient in sales strategies and techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• High level of customer service orientation

• Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• High level of initiative and ability to work independently when required

• Willingness to continuously improve and learn new skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required

• Related professional certifications would be considered as an advantage.
