Description We are in search of a skilled Receptionist to join our team in the automotive industry situated in Fayetteville, Arkansas. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, playing a pivotal role in steering a positive first impression and delivering excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor.

• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately.

• Manage and distribute incoming calls and correspondence.

• Keep the reception area tidy and organized.

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information when needed.

• Ensure security procedures are adhered to by monitoring visitor access.

• Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support as needed.

• Utilize skills such as Answering Multi-Line Phone System, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Skills to enhance job performance. Requirements • Proven experience in a receptionist role, preferably within the automotive industry

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members

• Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars, copy machines)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
