Capgemini Lead Digital Engineer - Project Manager in Fayetteville, Arkansas

Job Description:

As a Technical Project Manager you will define and manage the project timeline, deliverables and any issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure project success.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing guidance and support to team members.

  • Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Digital Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, in the automotive, technology or digital transformation industry.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • PMP Certification

  • Automotive industry experience
