T he Director of Research Solutions is accountable for the strategic direction and commercial success of our portfolio of legal research / knowledge assets and brands across digital and print formats.

Responsibilities

• A ccountable for the strategic direction and commercial success of research assets and brands across digital and print formats ( L exis +, primary and secondary sources and encyclopedic content , W ebinar , and A wards ).

• Responsibility for content acquisition and licensing, evolution of our heritage brands and author relationships. 

• D riving preference, usage, and revenue growth of assets. 

• C ollaborati ng with several internal teams.

• Bu ilding relation ships with key external market clients/segments.

• Staying current on global innovations (AI).

• Owning a P&L and delivering against target .

  Requirements

• An experienced manager of multiple teams, with strong skills in leadership, coaching and consensus building .

• Ability to own key internal and external client relationships.

• A data-driven commercial leader , combin ing quantitative and qualitative data .

• A confident communicator , verbally and in writing .

• U nderstanding of UK legal services sector .
