Role Description
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the Soundrash marketing team to focus on both mangaging all the social media channels and CRM databases for our brands / events as well as supporting the campaign managers with the digital marketing of our events,. You wil work within a small dynamic marketing team whilst reporting into the Managing Director. Work on site at events in required throughout summer at some event which usually span weekends.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Knowledge and enthusiasm for UK festival markets and events
Experience in Music Event Marketing is preferred
Very good IT skills – confident with formatting, file types, spreadsheets, etc
Good understanding and interest in social media platforms inclusing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X / Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube and WhatsApp communities
Working knowledge of Wordpress CMS and website publishing
Experience using Mailchimp, Salesforce and/or other CRM services
Some knowledge of Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms

Able to occasionally work at events which take place on weekends or weekday evenings where necessary
What the role includes
Managing the social media accounts for all Soundcrash brands / events
Managing the internal CRM database ensuring all data is segmented correctly
Handling all websites updates and ensuring that all information on them is correct
Planning social content, mailer and website calendar
Supporting all show announcements and promotion via social posts and mailers
Help grow social media following with engaging content
Create mailers for show announces and key moments
Help create content for festival socials, pre-event, and on-site
Measurement and reporting of website and social channel engagement
