*Job Duties: *
As a Supply Chain Manager,
the employee will be responsible for the following job duties:
- Maintain optimal levels of medical supplies in inventory, accurately forecast demand, and ensure supply availability while minimizing waste and expenses.
- Identify potential suppliers, conduct contract negotiations, and foster vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of premium products at competitive prices.
- Monitor vendor performance closely and establish key metrics to evaluate supplier effectiveness.
- Fine-tune inventory levels, ensure appropriate storage locations and implement efficient inventory tracking systems.
- Enforce quality control measures to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and uphold high product quality.
- Coordinate logistics for the distribution of medical supplies and equipment to required destinations.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance supply chain processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
