Bachelor/ Associate in Supply Chain Mgmt/Comm/ Bus Admin or equiv. +2 yrs exp for a junior position. Masters in Supply Chain Mgmt/Comm/ Bus Admin or equiv. OR Bachelors in Supply Chain Mgmt/Comm/ Bus Admin or equiv. + 5 years of exp for Senior Position.

*Job Duties: *

As a Supply Chain Manager,

the employee will be responsible for the following job duties:

  • Maintain optimal levels of medical supplies in inventory, accurately forecast demand, and ensure supply availability while minimizing waste and expenses.
  • Identify potential suppliers, conduct contract negotiations, and foster vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of premium products at competitive prices.
  • Monitor vendor performance closely and establish key metrics to evaluate supplier effectiveness.
  • Fine-tune inventory levels, ensure appropriate storage locations and implement efficient inventory tracking systems.
  • Enforce quality control measures to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and uphold high product quality.
  • Coordinate logistics for the distribution of medical supplies and equipment to required destinations.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance supply chain processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
