ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide data as needed to help the sales controlling team * Follow up on pending contract approvals with Sales team * Manage sales tracking tools and report on important informatiom * Support with creation of sale orders * Assist with price entry in ERP system for specific business units * Assist Supervisor - Sales Data Management with special tasks * Verify accuracy of contract pricing prior to entry, investigate and correct as needed * Assist with Sales special project tasks (MORE, MLO) * Employee duties are not limited to those stated above but are inclusive of any tasks assigned by supervisor/manager QUALIFICATIONS * Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Sales, or Business Management from an accredited four-year college or university * Previous sales/business experience or sales support experience is preferred * Highly experienced with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint * Experience with SAP is a plus * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Excellent communication skills, including persuasion and assertiveness * Analytical and multitasking skills * Demonstrated teamwork and motivational skills Do you have any questions?
