As a Marketing Director,

the employee will be responsible for the following job duties:

• Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's home healthcare services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to attract new clients through referral programs, partnerships with healthcare providers, and outreach to potential clients and caregivers.
• Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's reputation and increase visibility in the community through media relations, press releases, and participation in industry events.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and clinical staff, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
