Job Description

• 5+ years of finish carpentry experience in residential/commercial remodeling and restoration
• Complete residential & commercial (hospitality) high end finishes
• At times, drywall finishing with a high level of quality
• Install of trim/mill work, paint, door, window, tile, etc.
• Measure & install custom cabinetry, built-ins, crown, cove, wainscoting, etc.
• Resolve complex construction challenges, particularly in custom designs
• Great attention to detail with an eye for design

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Finish Carpentry Experience
• Current valid drivers' license and the ability to operate motor vehicles

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

• Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
• Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
• Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
