Job Description

• Lead all business plan and month end closing financial data related to 2-Wheeler and Powersports products reporting and analysis to consistently ensure on tine delivery and first pass yield.

• Responsible for transfer price appropriateness criteria calculation for pass-thru products for business plan and current forecast.

• Responsible for profit margin calculation and sharing with internal product supplying divisions.

• Lead the Sales Controlling and Pricing analyst to ensure the execution of the 2WP-NA regional sales quotation and controlling activities, e.g; special revenue, pricing and volume forecasting and tracking. Coordinate meetings with sales teams and gather/analyze data. Responsible for actual data maintenance in the special revenue and price change rate tracking files and creating management summaries with this information.

• Prepare sales acquisition tracking report on a monthly basis.

• Main interface to 2-Wheeler and Powersports HQ personnel (2WP regional President, Sales & Engineering). Help in developing/monitoring cost center budget performance and project cost tracking.

• Drive special projects and perform project calculations to support analysis/decision-making by leadership team.

• Prepare all financial presentations related to 2-Wheeler and Powersports NA business and support all financial reviews for the NA organization.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or similar field.

• Minimum of 4+ years finance related experience.

Desired/Preferred:

• Automotive/ Mobility Industry experience/ background.

• Experience with Essbase, SAP, Hyperion and IBM Analytics

• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

• Strong analysis, presentation, communication and independent working skills.

• 2-4 years Bosch plant and/or cost or sales controlling experience.

• MBA.
