Enterprise Change Strategic Planning Director The Enterprise Change Strategic Planning Director is responsible for the development and oversight of the strategic planning office. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to document the enterprise strategic plan, oversee the development and performance of business cases, and perform analysis, reconciliation and reporting on enterprise efforts. The team will prepare presentations for the Executive Committee (EC) to create transparency in the change portfolio allowing leaders to make decisions aligning to the strategic goals. Materials will include prioritization, analysis, recommendations, and financials in partnership with Finance. This role will lead a group of portfolio management and portfolio analytics teams supporting enterprise strategic execution. Key functions of the team will be to facilitate planning sessions and executive portfolio management forums, curate enterprise business case inventory, analyze business cases against OKRs, analyzing workforce, delivery and capacity models against plan, and continuously assess the overall health of the portfolio of change efforts against the plan. Position Responsibilities Strategic Planning Office Oversight and Planning * Lead strategic planning efforts including facilitation, ideation, analysis, prioritization, and on-going oversight of performance outcomes. * Communicate effectively at all organizational levels while providing analysis and updates to key executive stakeholders on a regular basis. * Maintain and optimize the ECPMO operating model that is required to successfully execute to strategy following the standardized governance framework. * Coordinate laterally to ensure the ECPMO is effectively delivering staff, capabilities, and solutions across the enterprise. * Develop new strategic insights and capabilities to assist the ECPMO Leadership team with key strategic decisions. * Provide execution support for strategic planning processes (Quarterly, Annually). * Participate in and track execution status of special projects. * Support ECPMO Leadership Team through goal setting, problem tracking and solving, organizational management, and presentation development. * Ensure appropriate controls, documentation, and procedures exist throughout the department. * Responsible for aligning the enterprise portfolio of work to the business strategy. Performance Analysis and Reporting * Provide strategic insight, analytics, and assessment of change initiatives. * Generate and provide reports, dashboards and presentations that clearly summarize results and implications/recommendations to key stakeholders to inform decision making. * Provide strategic and analytical support on special projects and ad-hoc analyses at the request of the ECPMO leadership team. * Monitor change initiative success and outcomes through analyzing operational performance leveraging key performance indicators, business trends and business developments. * Conduct appropriate model usage and model monitoring analysis and reporting. * Develop and maintain data strategies and connections used in reporting to ensure that OKR's are represented. * Synthesize analytical results and develop, recommend, and implement business strategies that improve decisions, assist in managing risk, meet business goals, and improve performance. * Continuously improve portfolio processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Communication and Management * Oversee end-to-end change portfolio performance with continuous calibration against the strategic plan. * Build process documentation with detailed steps, preparation requirements, and timelines for every step of the strategic planning process. * Support internal and external presentation development, including Operating/Business Reviews, All-Staff presentations, & reports on business performance. * Prepare presentation materials for key executive and senior leadership meetings to support the development and review of short- and long-term strategies. * Provide regular updates on portfolio performance and value delivery to ECPMO leadership team. People Management: * Assign workload reflecting the team members skill set and experience with an eye toward cross training, development, and timely and quality task completion. * Lead, coach and manage team members; develop and train a high-performing team including the development of business acumen relating to corporate strategy, corporate development, workforce planning and finance matters. * Manage personnel processes for employees, including selection, training, performance management, compensation, disciplinary actions, talent management, development and retention. * Lead the team's efforts related to diversity and inclusion.
