The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

Manager, Global Trade

What You Will Do

• Create, support, and manage communications campaigns and change-management efforts for Corporate

• Prepare and provide Global Trade (GT) training to internal business customers and new employees

• Provide advice and guidance on regulatory (ITAR and EAR) and policy requirements to Corporate employees

• Manage and continuously improve the Corporate GT Focal program

• Review and approve export transactional requests including employee travel, visitor access, technical data exports, and hardware exports

• Review and resolve restricted party screening transactions and assist with list maintenance

• Manage Corporate GT digital information platforms including the internal Corporate GT SharePoint site

• Provide onsite support to Farmington and other Corporate CT sites

• Assist with GT assessments and audits, and investigations of possible GT escapes and disclosures

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• Degree in business management, international business, legal, or international trade from an accredited institution.

• SAP ITCS / GTS experience

• OCR experience

Location:

• Onsite in Farmington, CT with the expectations to work in the office a minimum (3) days/ week

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
