Randstad is partnering with a large company in Farmingdale, NY to hire Temporary Customer Service Representatives until January to assist within their Internet Sales Division. This is a customer service opportunity that will require you to answer phones, emails and chats from customers regarding product questions. You will be trained for 2-3 weeks in this role as this is an entry level position. We are seeking upbeat professionals looking to gain experience with a large, well known company. There are two different shifts available for this position: Saturday (9-4) and 4 days during the week (9 to 6) Sunday (11-5) and 4 days during the week (9 to 6) After training, this position will go hybrid. Responsibilities

 Assisting customers in telephone sales and online support through Live Chat and E-Mail

 Selling extended service protection plans and product installations on selected merchandise

 Offer excellent customer support for customer's who have purchased items on

PCRichard.com or at one of our 66 showrooms

 Review of online orders to provide online fraud protection

 Tracking and expediting orders on a daily basis

 Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet

 Gain knowledge of current and new products with the ability to communicate their features

and benefits to customers

 Attend product and sales training meetings as requested by sales management
