Randstad's largest client in Farmingdale, NY is hiring a Customer Service Representative for their Wholesale Division to start ASAP! We are seeking an upbeat customer service professional that is looking for a full time office position where they will learn and grow with a reputable local business. We are seeking someone with office or retail customer service experience looking for the next step in their career! Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from customers with existing accounts looking to place orders over the phone.

• Entering orders accurately into our point of sale system and then followed through to completion of scheduled delivery.

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls regarding various customer service issues.

• Problem solving and researching customer information.

• Confirming orders with customers via telephone for next day delivery to minimize unsuccessful deliveries.

• Coordinating with other internal departments (i.e. Distribution Team) to ensure proper delivery.
