Our largest client in the Farmingdale area is hiring a Customer Service Representative for their Wholesale Division. We are seeking someone with an upbeat personality that enjoys working with people and has experience using Microsoft Excel on a basic level. You will be answering high volume phone calls and emails from vendors and processing orders for shipment. Responsibilities

• Enter data for all receiving trucks and adjustments for inventory reports and store activities.

• Answer phones and assist stores with inventory issues, providing effective communication with showrooms.

• Reconcile truck exceptions via the computer system.

• Compile and report daily inventory activities, submitting weekly reports.

• Run reports and compile data on scanning error rates.

• Research inventory discrepancies using the P.C.R AS400 system.

• Work with the Dispatching Department on parts and inventory stocking.

• Participate in retail store stocking activities, including scanning and checking in parts.
