We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative (ENTRY Level) to join our growing team in Farmingdale. This is an inside-outside sales/marketing position in which you are networking with local companies within a defined geographic territory and interfacing with your team of staffing specialists daily.

Ideal Candidate for a position such as this would be very comfortable interacting with his peers in the sales/marketing field, as well as a CEO/Executive of a company. The Successful rep is organized, follows a daily/weekly plan, and demonstrates the desire and drive to become a top performing sales professional. This is a base salary, plus commission position.

Job Highlights:

Effectively meet with the decision maker to assess needs and secure accounts Make 100 sales calls a week Document actions and goals into CRM system Develop a quarterly sales/marketing plan, identifying potential clients and business opportunities Research accounts and establish meetings, coordinated presentations when needed Introduce Express though discovery, planned, appointments, and telephone calls Develop unique value-added sales opportunities Network with Local Businesses Business to Business (B2B) sales (NO residential calls) Develop leads Contact local companies to set appointments Conduct service reviews and safety tours Develop marketing/sales proposals and respond to RFPs Basic data entry Generate New Business Prepare and execute a sales/marketing program. What we look for:

Own transportation

Must be a people person and like to talk on the phone Computer savy is a must Territory sales or trade show familiarity is a plus Ability to carry marketing materials up and down stairs.
