ManpowerGroup Controls Technician in Faribault, Minnesota
Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Controls Technician to join their team. As a Controls Technician, you will be part of the operations department supporting production efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Promote efficient operation of existing electrical and control systems.
Support daily production operations through troubleshooting and continuous improvement of operational software and control systems.
Collaborate with maintenance personnel and engineering teams to develop and implement improvement projects.
Analyze and resolve electrical problems, including troubleshooting analog/digital electronic control systems and PLC programming.
Document and implement work order procedures for new equipment and technology.
What's Needed?
GED or high school diploma; college coursework in electronics or controls preferred.
One to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands-on experience with PLC controls and logic circuits is required.
Ability to work safely and adhere to safety protocols.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
