Aerotek Shop Helper in FARGO, North Dakota

Job Title: Shop Helper

Job Description

Ordering and picking up parts for technicians. Operating sit-down forklift for material handling. Performing general labor tasks such as cleaning and moving equipment. Cleaning equipment as it comes in from customers using a pressure washer. Assisting mechanics by providing an extra hand in the shop. Learning to perform check-in checklists for equipment coming from customers. Must have a valid driver's license.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in FARGO, North Dakota.

Work Environment

Mid-size shop (10-12 employees). Working under the shop foreman and warehouse manager. Generally working in a team of 2-3 on a project, but sometimes alone for smaller projects. Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri (Sept-May), 7am-5pm, Mon-Thur, 8am-12pm Fri (Jun-Aug).
