Job Summary

Provides clerical support, which contributes to the efficient operation of drug testing services. Performs a variety of non-routine complex secretarial and administrative support functions requiring comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. Assists in the administration of drug and alcohol testing services offered by the Sanford Health Occupational Medicine Clinics. In addition to Occupational Medicine Clinics across the enterprise, assists in the administration of drug and alcohol testing services for offsite collections. Responsible for drug screen entry, validation and reporting under the direction of the Medical Review Officer (MRO). Coordination of the drug and alcohol testing services to include: supply ordering, Third Party Administrators (TPA) collection site set up, random selection and maintenance, compliance management, Department of Transportation (DOT) program guidance, annual reporting and record keeping.

Qualifications

Associates degree preferred.

Two years of applicable experience, with previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Computer skills sufficient to operate on-line systems and complex software with advanced functionality. Oral and written communication skills sufficient to interpret and apply policies and procedures for clarification and problem resolution.

Department of Transportation (DOT) qualified for Drug Screen Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician within six months of employment.
