POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Manages the banks deposit products and services, loan servicing, as well as the transaction processing and core production functions of the bank.
• Supervises members of the Client Services - Operations Department who are responsible for training, supporting and servicing the deposit operations and loan servicing functions of the bank.
• Manages the banks core processing system and all ancillary vendor services.
• Develops and leads projects to improve or create the banks products, services, systems, controls and processes for all areas of responsibility.
• Serves as backup to the BSA / AML Compliance Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in production/process management in the financial services industry.
• In-depth understandingof banking and banking operations, including deposit products and services, as well as loan servicing.
• Transaction processing activities including check processing, wire transfer, ACH, ATM/debit card, retail and commercial online banking services, bill payment, cash management services, and voice response systems.
• Loan servicing activities including payments, participations, billing, credit reporting, and escrow processing.
• Related regulatory compliance requirements and operational control elements.
