[Spherion Staffing has a 1^st^ shift CNC Operator position available. The CNC Operator is crucial to helping projects stay on schedule. You will be learning hand fabrication along with keeping the CNC machines running. That will include swapping over parts on the CNC, programming, and maintaining tooling. You would be using overhead cranes as well as moving parts by hand. The person we are looking for is interested in learning, has a commitment to a team attitude, has great communication skills; is highly motivated to grow with the company. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
