Spherion Staffing has openings at John Deere on first shift for assembly of Electronic Control Panels and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). Qualified candidates must be able to speak, read and comprehend the English language very well.

1st shift 6:15 am to 2:15 pm Monday through Friday

$20.20/hour

** Responsibilities: -Perform assembly as required by manufacturing processes -Must stay current with relevant acceptance criteria -Record any product statistical measurements -Maintain a clean and organized work area -Maintain flexible hours

** Requirements: -High School Diploma or equivalent -Candidates must be able to speak, read and comprehend the English language very well -Must be able to read, interpret, and follow work instructions (MWI, SOP, etc.) -Demonstrated hand tool knowledge and operation -Must be capable of distinguishing part and quantity numbers
