Description We are looking for a skilled Database Developer to join our team in the insurance industry based in Falls Church, Virginia. In this role, you will primarily focus on developing and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards to support our data analytics initiatives. The role involves transforming complex datasets into understandable and insightful visualizations, assisting in decision-making processes across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards for data analytics initiatives.

• Transform complex datasets into understandable and insightful visualizations.

• Assist in decision-making processes across various departments.

• Ensure the quality and usability of dashboards and reports.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through proper data modeling, data cleansing, and validation processes.

• Foster user adoption and gather feedback to improve dashboards and reports.

• Utilize skills in database and database object management, EO/IR systems, Erwin Data, Microsoft SQL Server, AB Testing, Data Warehousing, Design, and ETL - Extract Transform Load.

• Develop and create data visualizations using your strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and database management.

• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements • Proficiency in database management and development

• Familiarity with Database Object

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Knowledge of Erwin Data

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server

• Ability to conduct AB testing

• Experience in Data Warehousing

• Strong design skills

• Familiarity with ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes
