JOB REQUIREMENTS: This young boy is pretty chill but can be very energetic at times. He is a people person - very sociable and would do best with someone energetic, patient, and kind. He would likely do best either 1:1 or with smaller/more flexible groups. He is on the autism spectrum and may struggle with emotional regulation at times but does well with redirection. He has passes to many fun places around Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls and would love to have you accompany him. Schedule: FLEXIBLE weekend shifts & potential for a few hours during the week 5 hours/week available Location: Fall Creek, WI Tasks: Maintain a safe play environment. Observe and monitor children\'s play activities. Communicate with children\'s parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Support children\'s emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
