Description This position is responsible for promoting Blaze at various events including St. Paul Saints games, parades and/or other community festivals.? Major Duties and Responsibilities Promotes Blaze at various community events. Sets up and takes down promotional materials.? Interacts with public by discussing Blaze products and locations, giving away promotional materials. Provides administrative support to the marketing department as needed.? Maintains and updates inventory for events.? Sorts and transports materials.? Other Duties Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control? Exhibit Blaze's 5A culture - Ambassador, Achievement, Ambition, Ability and Attitude Regular and predictable attendance? Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operation. May wear mascot costume.? Requirements Experience/Education/Certifications/Licenses High School degree or equivalent? Minimum 0 - 1 years experience in customer service?or equivalent Demonstrated Knowledge Ability to:? Problem solve Handle details? Adapt to change Learn to time-keep on a phone? Communication Skills Ability to interact/respond to members/staff to problem solve based on a general 'script'; written communications are template. Engaging conversational communication skills are desired? Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand; interact with internal staff and public in person and on the phone; travel to designated sites; lift up to 40 lbs The salary range for this position is: $20 per hour.
