About the Role:

Level three Mechanic -primary responsibilities will be with electrical systems, but in addition they will be required to make repairs and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems as assigned. As well as support TreeHouse Foods objectives with respect to maintaining equipment in support of production requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring reliable operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, packaging, processing equipment and facilities, including utility systems (water, steam, cooling, heat, electrical, gas, or air required for operations), in a safe, sanitary & efficient manner.

• Follow all LOTO procedures.

• Use and support the computerized maintenance system.

• Maintain, install and repair 120/208 volt and 277/ 480-volt electrical power distribution systems including electrical main gear, generators, automatic transfer switches, transformers, feeders, panels, branch circuits, motors, lighting and troubleshooting systems.

• Utilize general knowledge of building codes, state regulations and safety procedures.

• Respond to trouble calls and resolves a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1 & 2nd shift, which operates from 5am-3pm 3:00pm-1am Monday through Friday with some Saturdays/Sundays.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Qualified applicant will have Current Master or Journeyman License, post high school education or equivalent schooling and experience technical field is required; (3) to (5) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent electrical experience and/or aptitude, machine comprehension, Experience in electricity, computers, PLCs, pneumatics, and general equipment maintenance is important. Preventive/predictive maintenance experience is necessary. Experience and/or training in CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
