**This is a seasonal, summer opportunity with our Relationship Banking Team! May through August 2025, with the possibility of returning for consecutive summer opportunities in the future. This opportunity is 30-40 hours per week. SCOPE You are responsible for providing an AMAZING customer experience to Profinium customers. You help the organization to provide service to our customers & deepen existing customer relationships by taking care of their day-to-day banking transactions. You play an important role in delivering an AMAZING client experience! ACCOUNTABILITIES Customer Service - 95% * You provide a high level of customer service, including greeting walk-in customers & answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner. * You perform paying & receiving functions for customers. This will include cashing checks, taking deposits, withdrawals, mortgage, consumer loan & other payments. Additionally, you may provide official checks & help customers with other transaction services. * You refer customers to other Relationship Bankers who can assist with their more advanced account needs. This includes checking, savings, certificates, safety deposit boxes, IRA s & HSA s, etc. * You provide a high level of customer service & are knowledgeable of the bank products offered, allowing you to understand & service the customer s needs. * You ensure that the assigned cash balances on a daily basis, is kept secure at all times & must keep cash drawer within assigned drawer limits. * You understand & comply with the related laws & compliance regulations that pertain to all of your duties. Examples include bank secrecy act, privacy, & funds availability policy. * You recognize any suspicious behavior & have the ability to make decisions when to consult management on any transactions.
