Description

Summary:

The Account and Annuity Services Specialist will perform the daily servicing and maintenance on annuity business, as well as firm books and records related to account reassignment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the processing, maintenance and validation of new and existing annuity business.

• Assist the front office in obtaining information and updates from carriers and handle escalated contract issues.

• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of Financial Advisors.

• Generate and move both on and off platform accounts and Advisor books.

• Support the Advisor Licensing and Appointments process for onboarding and offboarding.

• Reviews account documentation for quality assurance, proper execution and setup.

• Process HFA regulatory and client mailings.

• Liaison between the internal departments, external partners including National Financial Services and product partners.

• Perform operational and support functions including coordinating client correspondence, ad-hoc reporting requests, and other miscellaneous operational tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma

• 1-3 years related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Series 7/66
