Job Description

As part of ICAM-Portal DevOps Team

*Provide testing guidance when creating features and stories for the ICAM-Portal apps

*Keep ICAM-Portal Test Plans up to date based on fixes and enhancements

*Design and implement automated testcases using testing tools: Postman/SoapUI, Selenium, Sellenide, MockServer, JMeter

*For places where automated testing is not complete, test ICAM-Portal applications during patching or other Operation related changes

*Supplement automated testing with manual testing as needed for new features/stories as completed within ICAM-Portal software

*Provide quality assessment of ICAM-Portal applications for software releases in all environments

*Coordinate and work with ICAM-Portal users during UAT, report issues to ICAM-Portal Team during UAT

*Keep ticket inventory and status updated for ICAM-Portal Team tickets

*As part of broader Agile Release Train:

*Review DevOps helpdesk queue/email, work with users to troubleshoot tickets, forward tickets to appropriate teams

*Support the reporting and testing of the overall platform

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of experience

-Experience analyzing user needs

-Experience writing user stories and writing test cases as acceptance criteria

-Extensive experience creating automated tests with the following tools: Postman/SoapUI, Selenium, Sellenide, MockServer, JMeter

-Experience writing manual tests

-Experience coordinating and executing user acceptance testing

-Agile team experience

Must be comfortable working 9am - 3pm Mountain Time -BDD/TDD/ATDD

-Coding experience

-SAFe experience

-DevSecOps experience is highly desired

-Dashboarding and reporting null
