. is currently seeking a seeking an experienced Program Manager to assist the Big Safari Program Office in developing, acquiring, modifying, fielding and sustaining Big Safari platforms. What You'll Do You will provide program management for Branch platforms. You will act as the SOF Midsize and Special Activities Program Manager and will work customer programs directed via Letters of Direction, Memoranda of Agreement, or the BSSG PMD. 3.1.1.1 You will provide oversight of the assigned program portfolio and prime and associate contractors and perform the following duties or functions. Specific job duties are as follow: Work funding process through Program Element Monitors at SAF/AQ Work requirements process through program's respective owning MAJCOM/user community Gather, review, analyze, report, and make recommendations on platform specific modifications and projects Develop, implement, and control financial, contractual and technical aspects of a project/program through designated phases of the acquisition cycle for which no closely related precedents exist Plan, organize, direct and coordinate activities of functional specialists including contracting, engineering, manufacturing, program control, configuration/data management, test and logistics in support of customer objectives Review and direct the progress of contractors in meeting program objectives Represent the organization within the Government and to contractor/industry representatives Assist the customer during requirements definition and sustainment activities Prepare and disseminate platform specific briefings for the customer and other stakeholders Ensure sound engineering management and specialized logistics processes are followed Ensure program security and classifications are established and followed Plan and assist with customer technical interchanges What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline such as Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Computer), Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields with a minimum of 10 years plus of demonstrable experience; 6 years plus of program manager experience Experience: Must have a current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security (TS/SCI) security clearance Occasionally non-core hour duties may be required Occasionally TDY may be required Ability to use MS, Adobe and other common desktop applications is required Ability to work in a high op tempo environment with limited direction What Sets SRC, Inc.
