Exton, PA opening for a Software Engineer I, Structural

• Develop and implement software design specifications based on building code provisions and standards.
• Develop and implement finite element formulations, engineering analytical models and algorithms for the analysis and design of reinforced and post-tensioned concrete.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and verification calculations.
• Write unit and automated regression tests, perform validation and quality assurance testing.

REQUIREMENTS: U.S. Master's degree, or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering and 2 years of structural/civil engineering software experience, as well as experience

• Developing engineering analytical models and design specifications based on building codes
• Developing and working with structural concrete design software
• Performing validation and verification testing
• Utilizing object-oriented programming languages
