Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Exton, Pennsylvania. The role is fully onsite and involves managing all aspects of financial transactions within our company. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be immersed in the financial services industry, utilizing your accounting software systems skills to maintain and improve our financial health.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts receivable, including cash postings, discrepancies, and aging report.

• Handle accounts payable processing.

• Manage and negotiate with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the company.

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records.

• Assist with basic general ledger tasks.

• Actively participate in annual budget preparation.

• Perform cash flow analysis to monitor the financial status of the company.

• Use Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting.

• Carry out other accounting functions as required to support the finance department.

• Remain open to learning and developing new skills within the finance and accounting realm. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System is necessary

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is beneficial

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to perform all Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Capable of preparing Annual Budget

• Experience in performing Cash Flow Analysis is essential
