This role involves supporting our inside and outside sales department, primarily through data entry and database management.

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

• Develops and maintains strong customer relations within the company's sales territory to drive revenue growth.

• Utilizes excellent communication skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate product solutions.

• Facilitates successful negotiation and closing of deals, achieving and surpassing sales targets consistently.

• Utilizes CRM tools to organize customer data, track leads, and manage follow-ups, ensuring efficient and fruitful sales processes.

• Participates actively in product training programs to enhance knowledge and stay updated on company's product portfolio.

• Provides feedback to the leadership and product teams based on customer experiences and needs, aiding the development of innovative product strategies.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Demonstrated reliability and self-motivation

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed in task execution

• Willingness to learn all aspects of the sales operation

• An Associate Degree or High school diploma/general education degree (GED)

• 1-2 years' related work experience and training

• Proficient in word processing software, spreadsheet software

• Experience with inventory software, internet software, order processing systems

• Knowledge of database software, and e-mail.
