Residential Shift Manager, Weekend Shifts

Up to $22.00/hour

Who We Need :

We are currently looking for Weekend Shift Managers to join our Residential Team in Mercer County working weekend shifts from 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.

What We Need:

  • Direct Support Professional that can provide supervision within the group home by providing coaching, feedback and guidance

  • Assist staff in achieving the highest standards of excellence each day

  • Someone with a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities

  • To assist with daily living; cooking, cleaning, activities and community involvement, as well as personal hygiene

  • Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation

  • Accompany individuals to and from appointments

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years).

  • Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility) and provide proof of vaccination.
