Senior Clinical Supervisor

Up to $115,000/year

Full Time; 40 hours flexible schedule

Who We Need:

We are currently looking for a Full Time Chief Clinical Manager to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have clinical expertise in the management of challenging behavior utilizing ABA. The candidate will possess strong case management skills; the ability to oversee clinical programs, clinical integration and organize a team of behavior specialists. We are looking for a CHANGE AGENT!

What We Need:

• Oversee operations of Clinical Team

• Provides all clinical directives related to the implementation of BSP's, behavioral protocols, contracts, and other interventions

• Observes the implementation of behavioral interventions weekly and takes data on implementation as needed

• Provides correction and accountability in data collection and the delivery of behavioral interventions/strategies as outlined in the individual behavior plan (weekly)

• Conducts regular clinical meetings

• Leads the development and implementation of behavior plans

• Identifies, Develops, and Conducts Training in various topics in Applied Behavior Analysis

  What You Need:

• Prefer a Master's Degree, BCBA credentials, or in pursuit of. Significant Experience with ABA will be considered in lieu of credentials.

• RBT certification or willing to obtain RBT within 6 months of employment

• Three (3) years of professional experience working with adults 21 years of age or older with developmental disabilities that have challenging behaviors is highly preferred.

• Experience with DDD regulations

• Experience in the development and implementation of behavior modification strategies preferred

• Good interpersonal, organization, and writing skills.

• Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions necessary.
