Who We Need:
We are currently looking for a Full Time Senior Clinical Behavioral Specialist to join our team! Our ideal candidate will be experienced with ABA, behavioral teaching techniques, and comfortable with building a superior clinical team! Although we prefer BCBA credentials, well-documented experience will be considered in lieu of credentials.
What We Need:
Serves as a clinical supervisor to Senior Behavioral Shift Managers, Senior Behavioral Group Home Managers, and staff within Day Program locations serving individuals with high behavioral acuities.
Provides all clinical directives related to the implementation of BSPs, behavioral protocols, contracts, and other interventions
Observes the implementation of behavioral interventions weekly and takes data on implementation as needed
Provides correction and accountability in data collection and the delivery of behavioral interventions/strategies as outlined in the individual behavior plan (weekly)
Conducts regular clinical meetings
Leads the development and implementation of behavior plans
Identifies, Develops, and Conducts Training in various topics in Applied Behavior Analysis
What You Need:
Bachelor Degree or higher, BCBA credentials, or in pursuit of. Significant Experience with ABA will be considered in lieu of credentials.
RBT certification or willing to obtain RBT within 6 months of employment
Three (3) years of professional experience working with adults 21 years of age or older with developmental disabilities that have challenging behaviors is highly preferred.
Experience with DDD regulations
Experience in the development and implementation of behavior modification strategies preferred
Good interpersonal, organization, and writing skills.
Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions necessary.
