Janitorial Site Supervisor

Up to $16.50/hour

Mercer County, NJ / Full Time / Monday-Friday (and some Weekends)

Who We Need:

We are currently looking for Full Time Janitorial Site Supervisors to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee individuals with disabilities who have been trained to provide janitorial services.

What We Need:

• Supervise and train individuals while ensuring all custodial responsibilities are met

• Assume cleaning responsibilities and arrange necessary backup when needed

• Provide transportation to program participants to and from job site

• Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years)

• Ensure that adequate cleaning supplies are available and equipment is maintained

• Ensure all paperwork and documentation is maintained and timely

• Ability to respond to all emergency situations, ongoing communication with supervisor

• High School Diploma/GED required with at least four years janitorial experience

• Supervisory experience required

• Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred
