Group Home Manager

Up to $52,000/year including bonuses

Full Time, Mercer County, NJ

Who We Need :

We are currently looking for a Full Time Group Home Manager to join our Team in Mercer County.

What You Need:

• Ability to supervise staff by providing continuous coaching, feedback, and guidance as well as achieving the highest standards of excellence to ensure that each individual served is provided with meaningful and respectful care appropriate to their needs

• Ability to protect, promote and supervise the Health, Safety, and well-being of individuals served.

• Ability to oversee the daily operations of the group home.

• Ability to develop and maintain recreation and community activities calendar.

• Ability to monitor all aspects of medication administration.

• Ability to abide by DDD licensing regulations.

• Passion to advocate to make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/Associates Degree preferred

• Valid Driver's Licenses (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years)

• Successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and physical

• Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities .

• One (1) year of supervisory experience in a related field
