Up To $100,000/year plus generous benefits

Who We Need:

We are seeking an experienced clinician (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to lead the development and implementation of behavior support plans for adults with developmental disabilities in residential, day habilitation, and other community-based settings.

What We Need:

  • The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will serve as a clinical supervisor to staff within Residential and Day Program locations serving individuals with high behavioral acuities

  • Within this role, there will be opportunities to lead a clinical team along with other agencyBCBA and assist in the enhancement of systems via Applied Behavior Analysis.

  • Provides all clinical directives related to the implementation of BSP's, behavioral protocols, contracts and other interventions

  • Observes the implementation of behavioral interventions weekly and takes data on implementation as needed

  • Provides correction and accountability in data collection and the delivery of behavioral interventions/strategies as outlined in the individual behavior plan (weekly)

  • Conducts regular clinical meetings

  • Leads the development and implementation of behavior plans

  • Identifies, Develops, and Conducts Training in various topics in Applied Behavior Analysis

    What You Need:

  • Master's Degree Required

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required

  • Three (3) years of professional experience working with those who have I/DD preferred .

  • Experience with DDD regulations

  • Experience in the development and implementation of behavior modification strategies preferred

  • Good interpersonal, organization, and writing skills.

  • Prior professional experience working with adults 21 years of age or older with developmental disabilities who have challenging behaviors is highly preferred

  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions necessary.
