Behavior Therapist Manager

Full Time, Mercer County

Salary $90 - $100k annually

The Behavior Therapist Manager is responsible for administering and overseeing the organization's behavioral health program services. The Behavioral Clinician will oversee the clinical operations and provide oversight to the implementation of behavior supports provided through our program operations. This role will lead the interdepartmental clinical committee and coordinate the care for individuals who require significant behavioral support.

Who We Need:

• Lead inter-departmental team to ensure all assigned program services are following the Agency's Strategic Plan in the expansion of behavioral services.

• Oversee the planning, implementation and coordination of behavioral treatment services; ensure all clinical departments are working collectively with behavioral treatment services.

• Bridge the coordination of care between agency Health Care Center, Behavior Support and implementation of clinical service.

• Responsible for ensuring that clinical standards are maintained for treatment planning, delivery or individual case management services, group and psychoeducational activities.

• Participate in the coordination of new referrals and admissions process to ensure all relevant background information, assessments, evaluations and transition planning are completed by responsible departments.

• Great communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clinical staff and patients.

• Problem solving skills when resolving administrative issues and conflicts.

• Detailed knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
