The Warehouse Planner Analyst is responsible for the daily activities of their assigned area to ensure the efficient operation of the department’s workflow.

Role Summary:

  • Responsible for end-to-end program execution, including establishing pick/pack plans for assigned programs and ensuring completion of shipments

  • Work closely with the pick/pack floor to ensure that the proper number of work cells are created accurately and on-time

  • Coordinate pick face validations with the client if applicable

  • Work closely with client on forecast changes and update plans accordingly

  • Ensure sufficient inventory levels are available for the supported assessments as well as consumables

  • Work with the warehouse to assist with destruction of obsolete materials

  • Traffic reporting to client for applicable shipments

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, prioritize and schedule daily work

  • Coordinate operational staff availability to support fulfillment demands

  • Adjust picker hours as needed to ensure order completion

  • Assist in generating item numbers

  • Assist in generating requisitions

  • Minimize the need for overtime

  • Responsible to train and/or assist in the training of new, borrowed/loaned and agency staff

  • Support management of changes in the work process by demonstrating a positive attitude with support staff

  • Review Bill of Materials to ensure item number accuracy and availability

  • Ensures that all established Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met with the client in relationship to timeliness of volume processed and quality of work produced

  • Resolve process problems as they occur to ensure production is maintained and SLAs are met

  • Knowledge acquisition of all required components with the ability to do transfers/reconciliation, order management and traffic reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain capabilities

  • Minimum 2 years Microsoft Office computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with PC based systems, to learn the ability to retrieve and edit computer files in E1 and SeNT (Serial Number Tracking) systems

  • Knowledgeable of Power BI systems and ability to generate and present productivity and quality reports

  • Ability to generate, read and understand job aids and layouts

  • High School Diploma or state approved high school equivalency

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. California $22.26 to $37.79

Colorado $22.26 to $32.64

New York $20.63 to $37.79
